Terms of Service — Roblox sign-in
Effective date: April 1, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to the optional Sign in with Roblox integration on FluxxNova Admin (the staff web application served from the FluxxNova admin hostname). They supplement any other terms that apply to FluxxNova services.
Roblox terms and policies
By using Roblox sign-in on FluxxNova Admin, you agree to comply with the Roblox Terms of Use (including the Creator Terms and Community Standards where they apply) and Roblox’s published policies for third-party apps, including the Creator Third Party App Terms and Creator Third Party App Policy.
No affiliation or endorsement
FluxxNova Admin is an independent service. Roblox’s name and marks are used only to describe the sign-in method. Nothing in this page or the app implies that Roblox sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with FluxxNova Admin.
Your agreement is with FluxxNova, not Roblox
These terms (and your use of FluxxNova Admin, including Roblox sign-in) are between you and FluxxNova only, not with Roblox. Roblox is not affiliated with FluxxNova or FluxxNova Admin. Roblox is not responsible or liable for your access to or use of FluxxNova Admin. Roblox has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or updates for FluxxNova Admin.
By using FluxxNova Admin, you acknowledge and agree that you waive and release any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses against Roblox arising from or related to FluxxNova Admin, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Eligibility and accounts
FluxxNova Admin is for authorized staff. Roblox OAuth sign-in requires a Roblox account that meets Roblox’s rules (including the 13+ authorization requirement described in Roblox’s OAuth documentation). Signing in with Roblox does not grant access by itself. Access is limited to users whom FluxxNova administrators have approved for the appropriate roles and permissions. FluxxNova may suspend or revoke access at any time for operational, security, or policy reasons.
Use of the service
You agree to use FluxxNova Admin only for legitimate operations of FluxxNova, in compliance with applicable laws, Roblox’s Terms of Use and policies, and any internal rules your team provides. You must not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Roblox OAuth
When you choose Roblox sign-in, you will be directed to Roblox to
authenticate and authorize our OAuth application. Roblox’s own terms
and privacy notices apply on Roblox.com during that flow. Our OAuth
app is intended for staff account linking on FluxxNova Admin and
requests identity scopes (openid and
profile) consistent with the “Account Linking Tools”
category in Roblox’s
Creator Third Party App Policy. FluxxNova handles Roblox-sourced data as described in our
Privacy Policy for this
feature.
